After consulting with many different builders, we decided that Southern Construction was the builder for us. The staff helped us through each step of our addition while providing us an amazing addition on our new house. We turned this addition into a new room to extend our family. Cris, the owner along with the staff was truly a delight to work with.

All I can say is ...fantastic, not only did they provide assistance with our enclosure, we added a game room and indoor/outdoor kitchen just off the patio with the screen enclosing the area and a waterfall with greenery. Just beautiful... we love being able to spend time in this area. They were great to work with. Very professional
